The Congress government should have made an alternative arrangement in the matter of rice

The popularity of the Congress government will not last long. On the issue of rice, Congress leaders are making lame excuses instead of making alternative arrangements. Former Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai said that they are betting against the Centre.
